An original all-stone village dating back from the XII century was acquired in 2006 after 9 months of field work which included tracking down the more than 60 descendants of the families that once lived in this pastoral community. The project features 150 homes, a tennis and equestrian club, and a boutique hotel. Required approvals are in the process of being obtained.  Minor restoration works, currently allowed, began in 2007.
